What the service is

Brain Shield and Signal Shield are notice delivery services. For a flat fee, Ediflo.AI, LLC prepares a formal written notice in your name to each recipient on the published list, delivers it by certified mail to the recipient's registered agent or published headquarters address, and provides you with a delivery archive containing the notices, the master index, proof of service, tracking records, a notarized affidavit of mailing, copies of any supplementary emails, and the archive access log.

What the service is not

The service does not stop any company from doing anything. It does not create a contract with any recipient. It does not guarantee that any recipient will respond, comply, or acknowledge the notice. It does not guarantee any outcome in any court, agency, or negotiation. It is not a substitute for advice from an attorney.

How to read the evidence pages

Patents are cited by number and their titles are quoted as filed. A patent is a description of something its owner believes can be built and a claim to own it; it is not proof that the thing has been built or used. Companies are named as patent assignees, device makers, research funders or governors, infrastructure owners, or regulators, and as recipients of notice. Nothing on this site alleges that any recipient has collected, or is collecting, any customer's neural data, and nothing implies any relationship between a recipient and Ediflo.AI, LLC.

Pre-emptive by design

Every notice refuses consent to technology that may be deployed in future. The service is not designed for, and is not appropriate for, anyone who believes they are currently being harmed by such technology. That is a matter for a physician or an attorney.
