Who we are
Ediflo.AI, LLC is a company in Springdale, Arkansas. We build notice delivery services: we prepare formal written notices in a customer's name, deliver them to the registered agents of named companies by certified mail, and keep the proof. Brain Shield and Signal Shield are the first two. They cover 82 recipients between them.
We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and nothing we sell promises a legal outcome. We are careful about that distinction because the product only has value if it is exactly what it says it is: a notice, an address, a date, and the proof.
Why we built it
The gap between what can be extracted from a person and what the law prevents is widening. The companies on our recipient lists have filed the patents, raised the money, and in several cases shipped the hardware. Four states have written neural data into their privacy laws. Congress has not. Most people have no practical way to say, on the record, that they do not consent.
The precedent that made this urgent was genetic. In May 2025, Regeneron bought the assets of 23andMe out of bankruptcy for $256 million, including the genetic records of more than 15 million people who had never agreed to be sold to a pharmaceutical company. A database of personal data is a corporate asset, and assets change hands. Neural data will be no different unless people put their refusal on record first.
What we will not do
We will not tell you that any company is reading your mind today. We do not believe that, the evidence does not support it, and a product built on that claim would deserve to fail. Everything we publish is attributed to a patent, a filing, a program announcement, or a court ruling, and every source is listed on the Sources page. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it and say so.
