What am I buying?
A notice delivery service. For Brain Shield, we prepare a formal written notice in your name, addressed to each of the 49 companies on the recipient list, stating that you do not consent to the collection, decoding, inference, storage or sale of your neural data by any technology they may deploy in future. We deliver it to each company’s registered agent by certified mail, keep the proof of delivery, and give you access to the full record.
Is Ediflo.AI a law firm? Is this legal advice?
No. Ediflo.AI, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Buying a notice does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you want advice about your own situation, speak with a licensed attorney in your state.
Does a notice actually do anything?
A delivered notice puts a company on record that you refused consent before any collection took place. Whether and how that record matters later depends on the law in your jurisdiction at the time and on facts nobody can predict today. We do not promise a legal outcome. What we do promise is that the notice exists, that it was delivered to the right address, and that you hold the proof.
Is this for people who believe the technology is being used on them right now?
No. Brain Shield and Signal Shield are pre-emptive. They refuse consent to technology that companies have patented, funded or published but have not deployed to the public. If you believe you are currently being harmed, that is a matter for a physician or an attorney, and this service is not designed for it.
Why these companies?
Each recipient is named for a documented reason: a patent it holds, a device it sells, a research program it funds or governs, or infrastructure it owns. The reason for every one of the 82 recipients is listed on the Companies page, and the patents are listed by number on the Patents page.
What is the difference between Brain Shield and Signal Shield?
Brain Shield covers companies building brain-reading hardware and software: implants, headbands, earbuds, and the large technology companies holding neural patents. Signal Shield covers the infrastructure for sensing the body through the air: 6G equipment makers, carriers, tower owners, DARPA N3 contractors, university research review boards, and the FCC. The bundle covers both.
What information do you need from me?
Your legal name, your state of residence, and optionally a title. Nothing else is printed on the notice. We do not ask for your date of birth, identification numbers or any health information.
What is in my delivery archive?
A copy of each notice as sent, the master index listing every recipient and address, the proof-of-service record, certified mail tracking for each item, the notarized affidavit of mailing for the batch, a copy of the supplementary email where a company publishes a privacy address, and the access log for the archive itself.
When is my notice mailed?
Notices are mailed in batches so that each company receives one consolidated package. The current mailing window is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Do I need to renew?
No. A notice is a one-time delivery. If new recipients are added or a company changes its registered agent, that will be offered as a separate product; nothing renews automatically.
